If for any reason once you have received your order and are not happy, Panache London will endeavour to Refund, Return or Exchange any items (subject to terms and conditions), provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. The request should be made within 14 (fourteen) working days of the receipt of order.
Please note; in the event of the goods being damaged in transit, we will only be able to process a Refund, Return or Exchange if you provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and/or goods as they were delivered to you.
Before returning the product you will need to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) number.

Please indicate in the email the reason why you are returning the product. You will also need to include the Order number which is located on the customer invoice.

Providing an RAN number has been obtained and the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days, you will receive a full refund. However please note that the return costs are not pre-paid, postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with all complimenary samples as stated on your invoice, in the same condition as supplied to you. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds to you will be made as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 days after we have received the goods. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all European Union (EU) country shipments excluding shipping charges.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Union (EU).
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
